Wavy Flag Base

Basic instructions:
1. Download this.
2. Make your own little flag (20 * 13 pixel rectangle)
3. Move pixel rows vertically match shape of flag in each animation frame.

- you can change shadings blending mode and opacity to get different results.
- you can move last frame to first or first frame to last to make sure your flags don't go in exactly same pace. Or change frame delay.
- it shouldn't be hard to make higher or lower flag than 13 pixels, if you have some basic skills.

This isn't probably most realistic way to wave flag, but it should be quite easy to make flag with this base.

Feel free to use it in deviantart for journals and etc. You can also use it in emoticon revamp, if dA decides to include more flags to emoticon legend. I think I don't have interest to make many flags in future, but you can use this, if you want. Happy flag making!
